Terms of Service

1. Overview

SlotBid is a marketplace where creators list post slots and brands bid on them. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Auction Mechanics

Creators set a floor price, format, platform, and delivery window. Brands place bids in real time. The highest bid at auction close wins. The winning brand pays the bid amount into escrow.

3. Delivery & Escrow

After payment, the creator must publish the sponsored post within the agreed window and submit the public link. The brand confirms delivery. Funds are then released to the creator.

4. Disputes

If a post is not delivered or is materially off-brief, the brand may raise a dispute before confirming delivery. SlotBid will investigate and may refund or release funds at its discretion.

5. Platform Fees

SlotBid charges a 10% fee on the winning bid amount, deducted from the creator's payout.
